Why BNG
Most referral networks optimize for headcount. We optimized for the seat.
Referral groups fail in a predictable way: too many people in the same profession competing for the same introductions, meetings that turn into networking theater, and no real record of whether a referral actually became business. The format isn't broken — the discipline around it usually is.
BNG starts from one structural rule and refuses to soften it: one member per profession, per chapter. That single constraint is what makes a referral inside the chapter worth giving — you're not one of five competing recommendations, you're the one.
We're starting with a small founding chapter in Jalandhar rather than a large one anywhere. A chapter that starts too big never gets the chance to build real trust before it has to scale. Ours doesn't have that problem, because we're not solving it yet — we're solving trust first, in one room, with people who show up.
